bdbej's Responsible Gaming is our top priority
bdbej believes gaming is for fun — not stress. Our tools and guidelines help you stay in control at all times.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online gaming can be a great source of entertainment — from cricket betting to slot games, the excitement is real. But like any form of entertainment, it's important to keep a healthy limit. At bdbej, we have always believed that mindful play is the path to genuine enjoyment.
Responsible gaming is not just about tracking wins and losses — it means keeping an eye on your time, money, and mental well-being. If you feel that gaming is disrupting the normal rhythm of your life, that is a warning sign. bdbej is there for you in those moments, with the right tools and support.
Our platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Age verification is an essential part of our process, because protecting minors from gaming is our responsibility. If there is any chance that a minor in your household could access your account, please contact us immediately.
As a safe and reliable platform, bdbej uses SSL encryption and ensures fair play. Our goal is not only to provide entertainment, but also to ensure the well-being of every player — that responsibility matters equally to us.
Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it will not be possible to deposit beyond that amount, keeping your budget in check.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a short break, you can temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from 1 day up to several weeks. You will not be able to log in during this time.
Self-Exclusion
If you want a longer break, choose self-exclusion. Once active, your account will be completely deactivated and cannot be reactivated before the set period ends.
Reality Check Reminders
You will be reminded at set intervals of how long you have been playing. These reminders help you stay aware and take breaks on time.
24/7 Support Team
bdbej's support team is available 24 hours a day in Bengali and English. Reach us via live chat or email at [email protected] — we are here to help with any responsible gaming questions.
Age Verification & 21+ Policy
Age is verified when opening an account at bdbej. Only users aged 21 and above may use our platform. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Recognize the Warning Signs
When gaming goes beyond the limits of entertainment, certain signs appear. If you notice these signs in yourself or someone close to you, seek help right away.
- Continuing to play repeatedly in an attempt to recover lost money
- Hiding your gaming activity from family or friends
- Spending money needed for daily expenses on gaming
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming
- Spending more time and money than the limits you set for yourself
- Neglecting work, family, or social responsibilities
- Disruption to sleep or eating routines
Ask Yourself
The easiest way to understand whether gaming is becoming a problem is to ask yourself a few questions. Are you going beyond your set budget? Is thinking about gaming interfering with your work or sleep? Are people close to you expressing concern?
If the answers to these questions are "yes", it is time to seek help. bdbej's support team is here for you with empathy. Chat via live chat or email us at [email protected].
Remember — seeking help is not a sign of weakness, it is proof of self-awareness.

bdbej's Responsible Gaming Policy
🎯 Gaming is for Entertainment Only
Think of playing at bdbej as part of entertainment, not as a way to earn money. Be prepared to lose on every bet and only spend an amount whose loss will have no impact on your daily life.
⚖️ Balanced Living
Gaming should be a small part of your life. Take care of your family, work, social life, and health. Avoid betting when you are tired, under stress, or under the influence of substances.
💰 Plan Your Budget
Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. Set a budget and do not go beyond that limit. Avoid the temptation to bet more to recover lost money.
🕐 Manage Your Time
Do not play for long stretches without a break. Take regular breaks and do other things. Our reality check reminders will keep you from losing track of time.
Protecting Family & Loved Ones
Responsible gaming is just as important for your family as it is for yourself. If there are underage children or teenagers in your home, make sure your devices are password-protected and use parental controls on your browser.
bdbej is committed to not allowing minors to open accounts. Our age verification process provides this assurance. Still, if you suspect that a minor is using your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
If someone in your family has concerns about gaming, have an open conversation with them. If they are not willing to seek help, consider reaching out to a professional counselor. Various organizations in Bangladesh are working to provide mental health support.
bdbej's policy is clear: we view responsible gaming not as a business rule, but as an ethical responsibility. The well-being and safety of every player is of the highest importance to us.
